Alex Moukala Final Fantasy 7 Remake

It’s no secret that Final Fantasy 7 holds a special place in the hearts of fans. While its characters, story, and world are all endearing, perhaps the most affectionately remembered part of the game is its music. That may be why Final Fantasy 7 Remake had such a fantastic soundtrack, full of gorgeous renditions of those old, classic tunes. Those songs have inspired gamers all over the world, including Alex Moukala. You may have already seen him on Twitter, slapping his base to One-Winged Angel. Well, his passion for Final Fantasy doesn’t stop there, as he’s released a video showing what he thinks the trailer music for the second part of Final Fantasy 7 Remake should sound like.

The video, which you can find on YouTube here, stitches together some of the key cutscenes from Final Fantasy 7 Remake. However, that’s not the real focus. What you should be listening for is the incredibly unique track that Alex Moukala put together. It’s a blend of a few of the game’s own tracks Let The Battles BeginMain ThemeThe Prelude, and Victory Fanfare. However, in this new arrangement, the songs take on an entirely different life. They swell together, creating an intense blend of melodies that any Final Fantasy fan should get the shivers listening to.

Hopefully, the actual trailer for Final Fantasy 7 Remake Part 2 will sound something like what Alex Moukala has cooked up. So far, Square Enix hasn’t even confirmed that a second part to last year’s Final Fantasy title would be releasing. However, if it does, it wouldn’t hurt to have Moukala involved in some way. The musician clearly has an extreme reverence for the Final Fantasy series. Final Fantasy music makes up a good chunk of his content, and he speaks extensively about the game’s music from time to time on his Twitter account.
