CIRCOR International, Inc. [BURLINGTON, MA] (NYSE: CIR) announced the appointment of Abhishek Khandelwal as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective April 6, 2020. Since 2010, he has held a number of senior finance roles at IDEX, most recently serving as VP, Corporate Finance and Operations CFO. Prior to IDEX, he held a range of financial leadership positions at Stanley Black & Decker and General Electric.
Amneal Pharmaceuticals, Inc. [BRIDGEWATER, NJ] (NYSE: AMRX) announced it has appointed Tasos Konidaris as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer. Konidaris succeeds Todd Branning. Konidaris most recently served as Chief Financial Officer and as a board member of Alcresta Therapeutics, Inc. Prior to that, he served as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Head of Corporate Development of Ikaria, Inc. Konidaris also previously served seven years as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Dun & Bradstreet Corporation, as well as held various roles of increasing responsibility at Schering-Plough Corporation, Pharmacia Corporation, Novartis Corporation and Bristol-Myers Squibb.
Komodo Health [SAN FRANCISCO & NEW YORK] announced the appointments of Eileen Tobias as Chief Financial Officer. Tobias most recently served as Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis at Dropbox. Prior to Dropbox, Tobias spent 12 years in finance leadership at NetSuite, and also worked at Brocade Communications, Hewlett-Packard, and PriceWaterhouseCoopers.
OneMedNet Corporation [EDEN PRAIRIE, MN] announced that Jon Freeman has joined the company as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Freeman’s leadership experience in Healthcare/Life Sciences include progressive roles at: Fluke/Danaher, ev3/Covidien, Medafor (acquired by C.R. Bard), HistoSonics, and Gila Therapeutics.
FedEx Corp. [MEMPHIS, TN] (NYSE: FDX) announced that Alan Graf, executive vice president and chief financial officer, will retire effective December 31, 2020. Mike Lenz, corporate vice president and treasurer, has been named his successor. Graf will serve as CFO until September 22, 2020 and remain at the company as executive vice president and senior advisor through the end of the year to ensure a smooth transition of responsibilities. Lenz will become executive vice president and CFO-Elect effective June 1 and will assume the role of CFO for FedEx Corporation on Sept. 22, 2020. Lenz joined FedEx in 2005 as vice president of finance at FedEx Office. He became staff vice president of strategic finance at FedEx Corporation in 2010, followed by a promotion to his current role as corporate vice president and treasurer in 2012. Prior to joining FedEx, Lenz worked at American Airlines, where he held positions in several finance and commercial areas including investor relations, financial planning and analysis, international planning and fleet planning.
iFresh Inc. [NEW YORK] announced that it appoints Amy Xue as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer. Xue succeeds Chang Kao (Eddie) Chiang. Xue has served as Partner, CFO Services of Wall Street CPA Services, LLC in New York since October 2010 where she, among other professional services, worked as CFO for XT Energy Group, Inc., and CFO for General Agriculture Corp. and Vice President in Finance for Huifeng Bio-Pharmaceutical Technology. Previously, Xue was a senior manager of SEC Audit Services at Acquavella, Chiarelli, Shuster, Berkower & Co., LLP in New York from September 2007 and October 2010.
Royal Financial, Inc. [CHICAGO] (OTCQX: RYFL), the bank holding company for Royal Savings Bank, announced the promotion of Colleen Thomiszer to Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company and Bank. Thomiszer has served the Company and Bank as the Accounting Officer and Controller since 2017. She joined the Company as Staff Accountant in 2014.
BlueLinx Corporation [MARIETTA, GA] (NYSE: BXC) announced that Susan O’Farrell, its Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Treasurer, will be retiring. O’Farrell will remain with the Company until April 12, 2020. The Company also announced that Kelly C. Janzen will join the Company as its Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Treasurer, effective April 13, 2020. Janzen brings over 25 years of experience in various financial roles, most recently as the Chief Accounting Officer of WestRock Company. Before joining WestRock, Janzen served as Vice President, Controller, and Chief Accounting Officer for Baker Hughes Inc., Vice President Finance and Chief Accounting Officer for McDermott International Inc., and served in various leadership roles within the Controllership function with General Electric.
Ogilvy Health [NEW YORK], part of Ogilvy, announced the promotion of Ripal R. Patel from SVP, Client Financial Services to Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Patel has assumed the role of CFO from Robert Saporito, who announced his impending retirement at the end of 2019. Patel joined Ogilvy Health in 2007 as Director of Client Financial Services and was elevated to SVP, Client Financial Services in 2009.
Bioanalytical Systems, Inc. [WEST LAFAYETTE, IN] (NASDAQ: BASI), operating as Inotiv, announced the appointment of Beth A. Taylor as Vice President – Finance and Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Taylor succeeds Jill C. Blumhoff, who had served as the Company’s Vice President – Finance and Chief Financial Officer since May 2016. Prior to joining Inotiv, Taylor held progressively responsible VP of Finance, Controllership and other financial leadership positions at Endocyte, Inc., Author Solutions, Inc., Harlan Laboratories, Inc., Republic Airways Holdings and Rolls-Royce Corporation.
Workscape Inc. [PITTSBURGH] announced that Abigail Slovonic has been promoted to CFO. Prior to starting at Workscape, she was the director of grants management at a private New York foundation supporting brain research before becoming Director of Finance and Operations at BAW Plastics.
T5 Data Centers [ATLANTA] announced that Peter Almond recently joined the company as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). He served as a Managing Director in Leveraged Finance most recently for SunTrust Robinson Humphrey and previously for Bank of America Merrill Lynch.
InfuSystem Holdings Inc. [ROCHESTER HILLS, MI] (NYSE American: INFU) announced that Barry G. Steele has joined the Company as Chief Financial Officer. Steele replaces interim CFO Wes Winnekins. Steele previously served as Chief Financial Officer of Horizon Global Corporation. Prior to Horizon, Steele served as Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Gentherm Incorporated from 2004 to 2018. From 1997 to 2004, Steele held various finance positions with Advanced Accessory Systems, LLC, including Chief Accounting Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Corporate Controller, Treasurer and Financial Reporting Manager. From 1993 to 1997, Steele was Senior Auditor with Price Waterhouse LLP.
AlphaSense [NEW YORK] announced that Joseph Hill has joined as Chief Financial Officer. Most recently, Hill was the CFO of Greenway Health. Previously, he was CFO at Monotype, CFO at Metabolix, and CFO at AMICAS.
Udacity [MOUNTAIN VIEW, CA] announced the appointment of Seamus Hennessy as its new Chief Financial Officer. Prior to Udacity, Hennessy spent eight years as CFO at Ruckus Wireless. He has also held CFO positions at Big Switch Networks, Cohesity and Aerohive Networks.
Minimizer [BLOOMING PRAIRIE, MN] hired Tony Henningson as Chief Financial Officer. Previously, Henningson served as VP of Finance for KTM North America. He also held leadership roles at Pillsbury, Polaris, Genmar, and PBH Marine Group.

[VALLEY COTTAGE, NY] (OTCBB: CRMZ) announced that Lawrence Fensterstock, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, has informed the company of his intention to retire effective June 30, 2020, and will be resigning as Chief Financial Officer on March 31, 2020. The company appointed Steven Gargano as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer effective April 1st. Gargano previously served as both a Chief Financial Officer and a Risk Manager for such entities as the 1199 Pension and Benefit Funds, LUX Fund Technology & Solutions, Artivest Advisors, US Bancorp Fund Services, Mariner Investment Group and Gabelli Asset Management.
PDL BioPharma, Inc. [INCLINE VILLAGE, NV] (NASDAQ: PDLI) announced the appointment of Edward A. Imbrogno as the Company’s Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Imbrogno joined PDL as Vice President of Finance in October 2018. Imbrogno was appointed as the Company’s Chief Accounting Officer in June 2019 and assumed the additional responsibilities as Acting Chief Financial Officer in November 2019.
Claire’s Stores, Inc. [HOFFMAN ESTATES, IL] announced that Michael Schwindle has been appointed as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer. Schwindle most recently served as CFO for Fleet Farm. Previously, he held multinational and domestic CFO roles at Payless ShoeSource, Harry & David, and Musician’s Friend. Schwindle started his career at Deloitte & Touche LLP, and subsequently held both operational and financial leadership roles at Home Depot, Limited Brands, and The Longaberger Company.
