Brittany Johnson is a first-generation Jamaican-American with a passion for creativity and inclusion. In this talk, Brittany shares her courageous journey to disrupting the global beauty industry as a Creative Strategist at Facebook and Instagram. She highlights her evolution along the way while encouraging us to not be afraid to fail and start over in the pursuit of purpose.

During her 9-5 as a creative at a large tech company, she works with beauty clients like Estée Lauder and L’Oreal, using her art direction and design skills to develop people-first ideas and strategic solutions. Prior to tech, Brittany worked at various advertising agencies such as Wieden+Kennedy and was named one of the Most Promising Multicultural Students by the American Advertising Federation.
