Global Knowledge Culture Enablement Manager
A global leader in professional services has a requirement for a highly experienced knowledge professional to drive the enablement of the knowledge culture across the business. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of Knowledge Managers, working in collaboration with Learning and Development and driving initiatives and programmes in support of developing the adoption and growth of the firm wide knowledge management culture
The core responsibilities and objectives of the role include, but are not limited to:
Managing a globally dispersed team of Knowledge Managers
Setting a long-term strategy for the continuous improvement of KM approaches, initiatives and innovation that drive knowledge culture
Collaborating with stakeholders and functions such as Learning and Development and Internal Communications to deliver on programmes and initiatives
Utilizing feedback and adoption to measure success against objectives
Building a network across a matrixed and global firm in support of the delivery of strategies
To be suitable for this role, candidates will require the following skills and experience:
Expertise in the Knowledge Management function, particularly the role of KM in support of a complex and global professional services organization
A strong track record of line managing a geographically dispersed team
An expert in stakeholder management and building networks within a matrixed firm
Demonstrable experience driving culture change and continuous improvement programmes
Collaborating with multiple business functions to deliver complex projects and programmes, typically internal communications and L+D
A degree would be extremely beneficial, but is not a pre-requisite
