11 Best Vermont CBD Products
As someone who has trouble relaxing and shutting off my brain, and occasionally struggles with anxiety, I was eager to try CBD for its myriad health benefits. Since CBD has became popular (and legal) in Vermont, I’ve been trying as many CBD products as I can get my hands on… from CBD seltzers, to CBD salves, to CBD gummies and chocolates, to CBD coconut oils, honey, and maple syrup to CBD bath salts and oils. There’s a lot to learn and discover about CBDs and the variety of ways you can us CBD to your benefits, from capsules and soft gels, to transdermals and edibles. Here’s a round up of some of the best Vermont CBD products I’ve tried.
If you’re looking for the best selection of CBD products all in one place, add to Clover Gift Shop’s Apothecary in downtown Woodstock for a massive variety of CBD health and wellness products. They also have a massive online store, if you want to order a variety of CBD products all at once.

From the different tinctures, balms, and other CBD products I’ve tried, Elmore Mountain Therapeutics if one of my go-tos. They “operate at the intersection of well being, economic development, social justice and environmental sustainability” and create a variety of medical-grade, high concentrate CBD tinctures and topical balms. They’re 100% Vermont-based and woman-owned as well. Try their Whole Plant 250mg CBD balm!
Arnica and CBD? Seriously? This salve from Clover Gift Shop is a lifesaver for aches and pains. Every night, I rub some on my neck and other areas of tension. It helps bruises, stiffness, and muscle soreness and is made in small batches in Vermont. The cream is infused with 40mg of full-spectrum CBD oil sourced from Vermont farms. This is a must-try for topical CBD!
For years, I’ve been a huge fan of Nutty Steph’s granola and chocolates. But their CBD chocolate is a whole new level of deliciousness. Nutty Steph’s infuses their premium line of 70% dark chocolate with CBD oil from Vermont. The Nutty Steph’s CBD Chocolate Bar contained 90mg of CBD and sells for $20-$25. Looking for a smaller portion? Their CBD Chocolate Hearts, which come in Dark, Milk, Orange, Peppermint and Caramelized, sell for $3.50-$5.
Tretap is my go-to Vermont-made beverage when I’m looking for something flavorful but light. It’s made from map sap and lightly sweetened with organic maple syrup. Available in Blueberry Basil and Tangerine Tuermeric, Tretap’s CBD sparkling water products are 11.5 fluid ounces and contain 25mg for $6.00.
I am a sucker for cold brew, and this nitrogen-infused, CBD-infused, canned offering from Snowcap, based in Colchester, is one of my favorites. One CBD cold brew packs the punch of four shots of espresso with 20mg of CBD! Yet, it’s an easy-drinking cold brew that takes the edge off.
This CBD-infused kombucha is one of my favorites from Aqua Vitea, based in Middlebury. The spice of the chai with the earthiness of the chaga is an awesome mix. Pair the 25 mg of CBD with the “anecdotal” anti-inflammatory and anti-microbial benefits of chai, and this Vermont-made drink is a healthy, feel-good beverage.
With a 10-year old pup who shakes violently when she hears fireworks and thunderstorms, the doggie CBD edibles from CBDaves are a lifesaver. Both of our dogs, Sally and Buford, benefit from the calming nature of the biscuits, which each contain 7mg of CBD. You can purchase a 12 count for $15.99 or a 30-count for $29.99 from there website here. While you’re ordering, pick up a pack of their CBD Pepitas for yourself!
If you’re a tea drinker like me in the winter time, Luce Farm’s CBD honey is a delicious way to add some natural sweetness to your mug. They blend their raw Vermont honey and Vermont coconut oil and full-spectrum CBD hemp extract in this earthy offering. All of their hemp is grown, processed, extracted, and tested here in Vermont. A six-ounce jar of their CBD honey sells for $50 and contains a total of 360mg. The recommended teaspoon serving contains 10mg.
Upstate Elevator Supply Co. makes some of the best CBD bubbly drinks in Vermont. Whenever I see their African Ginger and Mexican Lime flavor, I pick up a can. It’s awesome to use in a CBD “Vermont” Mule with some local vodka. The ginger zing perks you up, while the CBD mellows you out in a delicious combination. One 12-ounce sparkling beverage contains 25mg CBD. Don’t miss their CBD Hibiscus Lime Sparkling Water too!
If you love goat-milk caramels, you’re in for a treat with these delicious Caramellow Goat CBD Caramels. Big Picture Farm took their award-winning Sea Salt and Vanilla Caramels and infused them with 8mg of full-spectrum CBD from Luce Farm. They sell for $10 for a four-pack and 36mg total.
From CBD Maple Lemonade to CBD Mint Tea to CBD Strawberry Ginger Lemonade to CBD Black Tea to CBD Blueberry Lemonade to CBD Ginger Lemonade to CBD Half and Half Lemonade, Kimball Brook Farm in North Ferrisburgh has one of the widest ranges of CBD drink offerings in Vermont. The Maple Lemonade and Blueberry Lemonade are some favorites. If you’re looking for something that’s unsweetened, the Mint Tea is earthy and thirst-quenching. All are infused with 50mg of cannabidiol. A 16-ounce juice sells for $8.
