Every year I make a gluten-free holiday gift guide filled with my favorite things I found throughout the year that would make perfect gifts.

Gluten-Free T-Shirts and More!

I launched Punch Gluten In The Face this year! So many fun designs using our Skull and Crosswheat design including shirts, sweatshirts, aprons, hats and more! Rock Celiac and the Beast on the daily and show off your gluten-free healthy life!

Gluten-Free Books

There’s something magical about a collection of recipes brought together by one author who is devoted to gluten-free baking or cooking. That author, as you have guessed, is not me. Thankfully this year, several print books were released from my friends!

And don’t miss some brand new ebooks too!

Gluten-Free Makeup and Beauty

You can’t go wrong with giving the gift of gluten-free beauty. I highly recommend Red Apple Lipstick and their three new lipsticks and lip liners, DermaE, Gabriel Cosmetics, 100% Pure, and Tarte!

Handmade Gifts from the Farm

You probably saw on Instagram that I took a farm tour of White Oak Pastures this fall. White Oak Pastures is about 3 hours outside of Atlanta Georgia in the small town of Bluffton. I was so impressed with their handmade goods made from the leather and tallow of their animals. They truly use every part of the animal in their regenerative farming practice!

At White Oak Pastures, you can purchase candles, soap, and moisturizer (even lip balm) made from tallow. As for leather goods, White Oak Pastures has it all – from the pictured bill fold and coasters to dog and cat collars to wallets and Apple watch bands.

And A Healthy New Year

I can’t forget to include my favorite products for home healthcare in 2019! I use Just Thrive Health probiotics daily and they’ve helped me keep IBS under control and keep my gut in check during periods of high stress. And don’t forget to screen all of your first degree relatives for celiac disease – as it runs in families! The imaware™ at-home celiac disease kit is under $100 and doesn’t need your doctor’s sign-off!

Happy Holidays everyone! Thank you so much for your support of Celiac and the Beast in 2019!
