Low Carb Meal Plan: Week 43

This week I have decided to simplify the meal plans I post each week. My sweet spot is creating recipes, and with such limited time taking care of my family and running this business I thought I would par down the keto and low carb meal plans to only include dinner recipes. I’ll post a link to different ideas for breakfast. I typically eat leftovers for lunch from dinner the night before so if you make extra each evening, you’ll have plenty to cover your lunch the next day. It’s my goal to keep my meal plan simple so that I don’t get overwhelmed in the kitchen. Also, I have a huge keto/low carb recipe index with tons of ideas for easy meals if you need further inspiration.

This Week’s Low Carb Meal Plan for Dinner

You can find lots of keto breakfast ideas here, although I typically just drink bulletproof coffee for breakfast as it keeps me full for hours. Here are the details about how I make my bulletproof coffee. To keep it easy at lunch, I prefer to eat leftovers, so I am not spending a ton of time in the kitchen during our homeschool day.

Sunday: The Very Best Taco Meat served on lettuce as a Taco Salad

 

Monday: Creamy Parmesan Pork Chops with Roasted Asparagus

 

Tuesday: Keto Ground Beef Casserole & Keto Cheddar Garlic Biscuits

 

Wednesday: Keto Jalapeno Popper Soup & a leafy garden salad

 

Thursday: Smoked Sausage & Cabbage one skillet meal 

 

Friday: Baked Chicken Fajitas on lettuce 

 

Saturday: Keto Bunless Butter Burgers & Loaded Broccoli 

 

Snacks – Homemade Cheese Cracker Crisps, pecans, or pork rinds

Sweet Treat – No Bake Peanut Butter Balls
