The slow cooker is my favorite kitchen device for staying slim and healthy. It makes it so so easy to cook healthy, affordable meals without having to spend hours in the kitchen. When we have healthy food ready and waiting we are much less likely to dive into the bag of Doritos or dial for pizza!
