GUMU™ Features – Experience Real-time Product Inquiry in Salesforce – Sage X3 Integration
In this blog, we will discuss on a newly introduced feature coming to the GUMU Integration. This feature will provide user the ability to view Real-Time Information of product while adding/updating line item on GUMU sales order screen.

Below are the steps that needs to be performed in order to view Real-Time Product information of Sage X3 ERP:
- Login to Salesforce
- Navigate to ”App Launcher” and select “GUMU Integration” from app list and go to Sales Order Tab and press “New”.
- Firstly, fill all the required information present under “Order Information” and “ERP Information” tab.
- Secondly, click on “Add Product” button which is present under the “Order Line” tab.(as shown in below image)
- Once on the screen, user needs to select the “Product Code” from the lookup.
- Thirdly, after selecting the Product Code, GUMU will fetch the real-time inquiry of that respective Product from Sage X3.
- Finally, to see the details for the Product expand the “Product Inquiry” section as shown in the below screenshot.
Sage X3 Data Verification
For instance, to verify the information at Sage X3 ERP end, follow the below steps:
- From the Stock menu, select the Inquiry option.
- In that menu you will see the “Stock by Site” option, wherein once you select specific product you will see related information like On Hand, On Purchase Order, On Order etc. at various Sites.
This way, the user can get Real-time Product inquiry from Sage X3 system while adding/updating line item on GUMU Sales Order screen for better decision making.
