Watercolor Water Decals
Hello! A popular nail art trend the last few years is creating watercolor nails using Sharpies. I've only tried this technique once, back in 2015, which you can see here. I definitely feel inspired to revisit this technique looking back at this older mani! If you don't want to try and create your own watercolor you can pick up these new Harunouta water decals (#50127) from Born Pretty Store!
These water decals are design X060, which is a variety of watercolor designs in jewel tones. Since I really wanted these decals to pop, I knew I wanted to use white for my base polish, so I pulled out China Glaze White on White. As with all water decals, I cut out the images I wanted to use individually, and dipped them in water for 20 seconds before applying to the nail. I then finished with topcoat to make them last longer.
Overall, these water decals (#50127) are extremely easy to use and at only $0.99 a sheet, they're a bargain to try out a bunch of different designs! And there are enough images you could probably get two full manis out of one sheet. Don't forget to use my discount code, FVL91, for 10% off your next purchase from Born Pretty Store!
