Nashville Realtor charged after thrusting grandmother backward on couch of their shared home
31-year-old Realtor Jeremiah Jaskulski (known for his deep voice in his commercials), also known as recording artist ‘Jeremiah J’ is charged with domestic assault after police say his grandmother sustained injuries when he picked her up with both hands in their shared home, wrapped his arms around her shoulders, and threw her backward onto a couch.
Another Nashville Realtor ‘Gone Wild’ – Jeremiah Jaskulski, the 31-year-old Realtor with Discover TN Realty who lives with his grandmother in Hermitage, is free on a $2500 bond after serving the state-mandated 12-hour hold for domestic violence arrests.
On Thursday night, Metro Police responded to Bonnavue Drive in Hermitage, where they met Jakulski’s grandmother, who had sustained a visible injury to her wrist after she says her grandson, Jeremiah Jakulski, picked her up with both of his hands, wrapped his arms around her shoulders, lifted her up off the ground and threw her backward onto the couch of the shared home. She did not state what the initial argument was about, only that it quickly turned physical.

Jeremiah Jaskulski, who is licensed as a Real Estate Agent with Discover TN Realty, has been licensed in Tennessee since June of 2019. In 2015 he was charged with DUI and plead down to a reckless driving offense, for which he received six months of probation. In May of 2016, Jaskulski was charged with felony drug possession, and received a deferred judgment with no conviction with a year suspended sentence. He is often known and recognizable for what some describe as an ‘unexpected’ deep voice in his real estate commercials, one of which is below:
Jeremiah Jaskulski was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail, charged with domestic assault. He is free on a $2,500 bond and scheduled to appear in court in July.
