Whole40 Week 2 Meal Plan + Shopping List

Week 2! 

Week 1 went really well, considering it’s not supposed to be super fun getting started. 😀 The first 3 days I was hungry and irritated that I couldn’t have desserts. With Whole30, you are not supposed to eat outside of meals. (Unless you’re nursing or pregnant, you can’t have snacks! Also if you’re working out, you can have a pre or post workout meal.)

Anyway, by the end of the week, it was better. I went out of town, which made it trickier to stick to Whole30. But I did it! Check my Instagram page to see those daily meals.

Here is our meal plan for week 2:

MONDAY

  • bacon, egg, potatoes
  • chard salad
  • beef with potatoes and carrots

TUESDAY

  • sweet potato breakfast bowl
  • potato soup
  • burgers and fries

WEDNESDAY

  • bacon, eggs, potatoes
  • cobb salad
  • fish with brussels sprout rice

THURSDAY

  • berry crunch bowl
  • meatballs and mashed potatoes/cauliflower
  • chicken and broccoli alfredo

FRIDAY

  • bacon, eggs, potatoes
  • leftovers
  • tuscan chicken

SATURDAY

  • buddha bowl with cauli rice
  • leftovers
  • turkey chili

SUNDAY

  • whatever sounds good
  • leftovers
  • leftovers
