Whole40 Week 2 Meal Plan + Shopping List
Week 2!
Week 1 went really well, considering it’s not supposed to be super fun getting started. The first 3 days I was hungry and irritated that I couldn’t have desserts. With Whole30, you are not supposed to eat outside of meals. (Unless you’re nursing or pregnant, you can’t have snacks! Also if you’re working out, you can have a pre or post workout meal.)
Anyway, by the end of the week, it was better. I went out of town, which made it trickier to stick to Whole30. But I did it! Check my Instagram page to see those daily meals.
Here is our meal plan for week 2:
MONDAY
- bacon, egg, potatoes
- chard salad
- beef with potatoes and carrots
TUESDAY
- sweet potato breakfast bowl
- potato soup
- burgers and fries
WEDNESDAY
- bacon, eggs, potatoes
- cobb salad
- fish with brussels sprout rice
THURSDAY
- berry crunch bowl
- meatballs and mashed potatoes/cauliflower
- chicken and broccoli alfredo
FRIDAY
- bacon, eggs, potatoes
- leftovers
- tuscan chicken
SATURDAY
- buddha bowl with cauli rice
- leftovers
- turkey chili
SUNDAY
- whatever sounds good
- leftovers
- leftovers
