Seam 3.0 RC3 Released
The third release candidate of Seam 3.0 has been announced, following a number of last minute API changes. In this release, the @SeamManaged annotation has been moved into Seam Solder, and all the transaction-related classes have been refactored so they are in their own package. Typesafe logging has been added, and all known issues with Seam’s Glassfish support have been addressed. Seam 3.0 Final is scheduled for a release before the end of the month.
Selenium 2.0 Beta 3 Adds Firefox 4 Support
The third beta of Selenium 2.0 is out now. In this release of the Selenium browser automation framework, support for IDE 9 and Firefox 4 has been added, alongside experimental IME support on Windows. The user interaction API and Java webdriver-backed selenium have both been improved. Selenium can be downloaded now from the Google Code site. The next release will add support for Grid 2.0.

A release candidate of Mozilla Firefox 4 for Android and Maemo has been announced. This RC targets bringing the performance and customisation of Firefox to the world of mobile devices, offering features such as Firefox Add-ons, Firefox Sync and Awesome Screen. Firefox is compatible with Android 2.0 and above devices.
