Having traveled all the way to Singapore to learn from the best gurus in the field of human psychology, Shu Yi is now a Certified Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner. Established in 2018, Growth Achievers is a talent development company aimed to increase the confidence, productivity and the capabilities of the Millennials and Gen-Zs through personal mastery workshops and educational programs. Shu Yi is also the author of a motivational book When Success Meets Happiness. His book has impacted the lives of many, touching on topics such as success and happiness, allowing students to realize their fullest potential by discovering their strengths and leveraging on them to achieve breakthroughs in life.
